To be clear that our customers understand what we do here at PadStyle, we are breaking down our return policy. We offer returns on any product that is not custom made by your request and/or on clearance. If you have any questions, please send inquiries to info@PadStyleHomeInteriors.com and we will be glad to explain further.

Returns on Custom Work: We take true pride in our craft and will go to great lengths to ensure that the piece you receive is exactly what you want, and we will not begin production until we get your approval of all the design details. Because each piece is custom made, items cannot be returned for a refund and projects cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your item upon receiving it, reach out and our team will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.

Returns on items purchased from Inventory:

You are guaranteed to be 100% satisfied with anything you order. If you are not happy for any reason (or no reason at all) you can return it for a full refund. *All returns MUST be undamaged and returned within 14 days. We DO NOT pay shipping cost for returns.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your refund will be cost of purchase minus shipping. The cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a refund, we need to hear from you within 7 days upon receipt of your package. Also, you should return your item within 14 days after receipt. After 14 days, we will not accept your return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

There are situations where only partial refunds will be granted. These situations include, but not limited to the following:

Under these situations, we reserve the right to determine the refund amount based on the condition of the item. Once your return qualifies for a refund, we will process it and an email will be sent to you in response to your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Clearance/Sale items (if applicable)
There is no return nor refunds on sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we are notified within seven (7) days of delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
